Keeping you informed
If an item is made to order or temporarily out of stock,
or during particularly busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll contact you personally with an updated delivery date, so you're never left guessing.
Free delivery applies to most UK mainland postcodes. Some remote areas may be excluded. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
The Indoor Safety Tray is required when using compatible EcoSmart Fire ethanol fire tables indoors. Positioned directly beneath the ethanol burner, it is designed to protects surfaces from heat and contains accidental fuel spills. Required for all indoor installations.
The tray is an optional accessory for the fire table, but it must be fitted for indoor use where specified in the model’s installation instructions. It is not suitable for outdoor use, as rainwater can collect in the tray and cause the burner to float.
Always check that your fire table is approved for indoor use and follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
